This process utilizes web technologies and email to send the finished report to the Customer Service Department. Since email by nature is not a guaranteed protocol, this process is treated 'AS IS' and ILM makes no guarantees of its reliability. It is the responsibility of the policy holder to verify that ILM has received and processed the information submitted through this process.
