ILM offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation to our
employees.
Benefits include:
Insurance Package:
- Medical/Prescription/Dental - This coverage is available the first
day of employment. ILM makes a significant contribution to the cost of this
coverage both for the employee and their dependents.
- Short-Term and Long Term Disability - We offer 100% employer paid
coverage to all employees who have completed at least 90 days of service.
Benefits vary based on the employee’s length of service.
- Life and Accidental Death or Dismemberment - We offer 100% employer paid
coverage to all employees on the first day of employment. Life insurance in the
amount of two times your annual rate of pay to a maximum of $200,000 is
provided. Additional amounts can be purchased at a discounted group rate. AD &D
coverage is provided in the amount of $25,000.
Retirement Package:
- 401K - Employees are eligible to participate the first of the month
following employment. Employees are allowed to contribute between 1% and 60% up
to the IRS maximums.
- Defined Benefit Plan - Employees are enrolled in the Defined Benefit Plan
after they have completed 6 months of service. Employees are vested after 5
years of service.
